Bitter Ends Barber Salon in Madison Heights, MI is home to barber stylists and short-hair specialists who want independence without working alone. Our space attracts high-quality clientele who value premium grooming, beard care, and clean, modern styles. We’ve built an environment designed for professionals who want to grow, elevate their craft, and build lasting success.

1. Exceptional Communication: Able to communicate with respect even when having a difficult conversation. When approaching an issue, provide possible solutions. When consulting clients, asking as many questions as needed to clarify their desired result. Being able to compromise. 2. Personal Accountability: Arrive 15 minutes before first client. Maintaining clean work areas and shared areas Mistakes happen; admission and a plan of correction build trust. 3. Pushing The Boundaries Through Continued Education for Ourselves & Our Clients: Educating clients on how and why we are performing a service the way we are. Educating clients about their hair type, texture and what is needed to achieve and maintain their look. Continuing our own education and utilizing the knowledge while also putting your own stamp on it. 4. Support, collaborate & inspire each other & our community: Teamwork makes the dream work. Cross promotes and support clients' businesses. Sharing knowledge and techniques with each other. 5.
