We are all independent stylists who rent a chair by sharing a community space. When we opened back in May 2025, I wanted a space where everyone felt welcomed and supported in ways that I never had when I first started my career.​ We’re opening the doors for motivated stylists to join our team through a part time & full-time chair rental opportunity. This rental is ideal for a stylist looking for flexibility and independence while still being part of a supportive, luxury salon environment. Daily Rate: $150/day (less than 10 days a month) PT Rent: $600/month (3 days/week) FT Rent: $900/month ​You’ll have access to a beautiful, modern station, professional amenities, and the chance to grow your business in a high-value space that reflects the elevated experience we’re known for.​ Now offering Commission stylist opportunities as well! Days available: Part Time: Sunday, Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays +opportunities for other days to possible full-time station in future. This is a shared station. Full Time: Available December 1, 2025 ​To hold your chair, your first month rent is due at rental/culture agreement signing.

Commission Stylist Opportunities!! Commission Stylists are paid monthly. Credit Card Tips: Paid on paycheck. Cash Tips: 100% yours to keep. Base Pay: $7.25/hr (Iowa minimum wage) for all new hires. Your commission will be more than your hourly as long as you do more in sales that is equivalent to your weekly base pay. Base pay will be configured based on years of experience, talent, income projections. Increases available after the 90-day Rising Star Period (probation/training phase). NO OVERTIME allowed

*Community Towels & Hot Towel Machine *Essential Oils to add to towels *Lavender Eye Masks to use on clients *Facial Waxing Supplies, *Luxury Drinks & Snack Station for leveling up your customer experience *Your own Square Register for leveling up your POS system for Full Time renters. *Part Time Renters can use a shared register & shared stations but have their own locker *Rebooked dated cards for clients next appointment *Business cards provided for employees *Very spacious stations & lockers for all your tools and stuff *Color Bowls & Brushes *Hair Combs & Brushes *Capes for both color sessions & haircut sessions *Relaxing spaces for client upgrades such as the shampoo room or massage chair room *Lockable lockers with your own keys and spacious for all your color stock *Back up products if you run out of foils, gloves *Events to help market and gain awareness to grow behind the chair *Quarterly Branding Shoots *Social Media Marketing with a sprinkle of old school marketing for networking events *Website with your links to your socials and websites *Paid education from owner in the salons location to level up your techniques and business - outside educators coming to Iowa that the owner pays for. *1:1's for support if you need it *We are all Thrivers Society Members with Britt Seva so having others in your back pocket is key in community.
