Salon Stylist

A salon stylist is an image professional that services each guest to the best of their ability to help clients look and feel their best. All salon stylists must look the part by maintaining a trendy and well-kept appearance. We are our own advertisement. Stylists must keep up with current education and have the confidence to offer fresh ideas and solutions to all hair types.

Cosmetology license Attend one on one sessions with appointed salon coach Arrive to work at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time Dress to impress in dress code Attend salon meetings Submit social media content Attend education for appropriate stylist level

Keep up with current trends and education Provide each guest with a Baddass consultation Set up station for each service Thoroughly clean up station at the end of each shift Practice “The Baddass Service Cycle” throughout each appointment Completely fill out client checkout ticket and submit to the front desk Clean all color bowls and bottles Place used tools in appropriate sanitation bins Be knowledgeable of all retail products Be knowledgeable of all services offered in the salon Know recycling procedures for Green Circle Properly use Vish for all color services Complete your daily salon tasks Thoroughly clean shampoo bowl and wall after each use in the washroom Clean up your station at the end of each shift
