To be refunded and removed from a course, we require our members to submit a cancellation ticket. Please fill out the form and we will process your refund in a timely manner. We ask that you review our Terms of Service for more information regarding our cancellation and refund policies.

Members are only eligible for a refund if they submit the cancellation form at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time of the course.

Please enter the schedule time of your course.
Please link the course that you are withdrawing from. You can find the course under Purchase History on your account dashboard.
Please enter any additional information we may need in order to assist with processing your refund.
