Iva Sampiller grew up in the beauty industry spending many hours in her mother’s salon sweeping floors and learning the business from the ground up. Having spent 25+ years in the corporate culture, she is well versed on the hiring/on-boarding process as well as on-line teaching platforms/business operations/time management specialist. She was a speaker at BEACON 2020, had the privilege of being a co-host for BEACON 2022 and was instrumental in providing education on Zoom webinars relating to the PPP Loan process, Time Management, and other topics during the Pandemic. She is currently the Director of Education for The Statements Project.
