Regardless of what hat he’s wearing – author, hairdresser, educator, or school owner – Paul brings a unique blend of enthusiasm, authenticity, and humor to everything he does. Due to Paul’s 25+ years of experience behind the chair, and 4 decades in the industry, he has gained first-hand knowledge of the importance of team building, personal development, leadership skills, and maintaining health and wellness. In addition to owning and operating DiGrigoli School of Cosmetology since 2002, Paul launched Paul Joseph Professional in 2018, a product line with a mission to provide world-class products while working to educate salon owners and stylists.
