Francesca was an integral part of the Graham Webb International team. She was renowned for her performance as a platform artist at trade shows, Intercoiffure, Cosmoprof, in-salon events, academy workshops, and hair collections for photo shoots. Francesca's work has been featured in national and international trade publications, showcasing her eclectic talent ranging from “classic” to “contemporary” hairdressing and beyond. Her innovative teaching skills and ongoing display of artistic empowerment have won her several Graham Webb International awards such as Artistic Director of 1995, National Platform Artist of 2000 and 2003 the Crystal Torch Award. 2004 won her industry’s most prestigious NAHA Editorial award, and five times nominated in 2005 for contemporary classic and editorial, 2020 and 2021 in the Avant-Garde category. She was also a finalist in the Alternative Hair Show in 2021- 2022 and the IBI awards.
