Diana Pickett

Diana was born into the beauty world and has been in the salon all of her life. She began her career at her mother's knee in the salon. From there she attended beauty school during high school holidays, summers and days off from school. Graduation came in May 1974 and off she went to work in her mother's shop. From there, the doors were opened! October of that same year saw Diana in her own little salon.  1988 came around, Diana's mother retired and Diana moved into that space with her clients following her.The salon flourished, Diana became affiliated with a skin care company and did in salon education, that changed into becoming an educator for the Graham Webb company focusing on styling, perming and hair cutting, that morphed into becoming a Matrix color educator and settling into the Joico world for the last 18 years as a new hire trainer, salon educator and taking the stage for regional education events.  Knowledge is power and Diana LOVES to share techniques and concepts, offering up practical, artistic and useful knowledge to put to use behind your chair immediately. Diana has a loyal client following for the last 49 years and is looking forward to sharing her knowledge with you. Classes in razor cutting to create bespoke hair cuts and coloring techniques for enhancement of naturally silver/gray hair colors are one of the upcoming educational offerings.
