Patti's experience as a Stylist and Salon Owner spans over 30 years. The owner of Tekniques Salon located in East Brunswick, New Jersey, and with a background in Business Management, she formed the "T School for Salon Training" to pursue her passion to share her knowledge and excitement of a career in the Beauty Industry. "My main Focus is to educate and expand upon the "soft skills" of the industry professionals. Teaching beauty professionals the foundational business and self-branding skills by giving them the framework for building systems and sustainable habits to create great customer experiences, relationships, and financial consistency for the future of their career." Grateful for being a leader in an Industry that she loves, Patti is personally invested in the development and growth of salons and salon professionals. Recognized as an educator on Salon business systems, Patti has delivered continual training and classes as part of: The Salon Business Institute Eufora Salon Owner Network Facilitator BBR: Beauty Business Reset President of the NJSOF New Jersey Salon Owners Forum Patti has been published as a Beauty Resource and has aspirations to bring her knowledge to print by publishing a few books to support and share her curriculums and ideas. Patti lives in Monroe Township New Jersey with her husband Paul of 26 years and her son PJ. and her kitties Oreo and Ginger. She enjoys reading everyday, yoga, working with salon guests as a Stylist and leading a winning Team at her Salon.
