Rudy Sprogis, PCC, PHR, is a salon leadership consultant, executive coach, and educator with over a decade of experience supporting salon owners and leadership teams in building strong cultures, effective leadership practices, and sustainable growth. Rudy holds professional credentials from the International Coaching Federation (PCC) and the HR Certification Institute (PHR), as well as an active New York State cosmetology license—giving him a rare combination of leadership, HR, and behind-the-chair perspective. His salon management background includes senior leadership roles with Warren-Tricomi Salon in Greenwich, Connecticut, where the salon earned recognition as one of ELLE Magazine’s “Top 100 Salons in the United States” three times during his tenure.
