With a background in marketing, finance, leadership, and operations, Steve has personally helped hundreds of salons, spas, professionals, and corporations accelerate their growth through proven business training and systems.

Recognized as one of the top experts in business systems within the beauty and wellness industry, Steve has coached over 750 salons and spas throughout his career.

He has also delivered training sessions and seminars to more than 600,000 people across the United States and internationally, including countries such as Canada, Italy, Mexico, Colombia, Russia, Ireland, and Puerto Rico.

His expertise has been widely acknowledged through publications, with his articles appearing over 100 times across 6 countries and translated into four different languages.

Steve has also served annually as a judge for the North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA) in the Salon MBA category, and was nominated as a finalist for the 2024 NAHA Educator of the Year.

In 2016, he launched his own company, Stephen Gomez Business Coaching, driven by his passion to help beauty professionals build stronger businesses and achieve their goals.

He is also the author of two books:
