As well as a hair show, this event is to support a scholarship fund that was set up to help inspired students in the beauty industry. The Artist Palette Scholarship is available to students in any field related to cosmetology, who are located in West Virginia, Maryland, or Pennsylvania. The goal is to raise $5,000 to allow the scholarship to begin being awarded.
