By submitting a photo on Salontraining.com, you acknowledge that the photo you are requesting to be published is your original work and that you have the rights to the photo. This means that the person depicted in the photo has authorised and given you permission to share the photo on social media, the Salon Training website, or anywhere else you may choose. Additionally, you must have provided accurate information in response to all the questions asked.

If you submit a photo under the category of student, Salon Training LLC reserves the right to contact your school to verify your enrollment status during the contest. By entering this photo contest, you confirm that you are a beauty industry professional, meaning that you have completed the required education, graduated, and possess a valid professional license to work in the beauty industry. If your state does not require a license, please indicate this in the notes section.

When you enter the contest, you are encouraged to share your photo on your social media channels and ask your friends, family, and clients vote for your entry. Salon Training LLC reserves the right to decline publication of any photo that we deem unsuitable for the contest.

No purchase is necessary to enter the contest, and there is no obligation to make a purchase in order to participate. If you win a prize, Salon Training LLC will not be held responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping of the prize(s). Please note that Salon Training LLC is not liable to provide a replacement for any prizes donated by third parties, such as specific trainers or product companies. The prizes offered in the contest cannot be redeemed for cash value.

Note: This is our first official contest on Salontraining.com. By entering the contest you understand this is a test to make sure everything works properly. The contest is real and so are the prizes. We will do our best to make sure the contest runs smooth and fair. We can not assure that during this first test contest that something may not happen unexpected such as; but not limited to: photo not uploading properly, or name being displayed, etc. We have tested and retested this on our end and will do our best.
